DELLA'S DINNER ENTRÉES

Now that Della’s has been in full swing for over a year we’re starting to feel like a real restaurant. (Imagine that!) We’ve got a friendly, excited team and some real talent both in the kitchen and behind the bar. We’re loving the sight of our dishes being passed and shared around our table, and recently expanded our menu to give you even more options and variety. Obviously we’re wood-fired pizza fanatics but here’s a peek at some of our most popular entrées:

Linguine & Clams

The Linguine & Clams swims with house-smoked bacon and crème fraiche in a warm parmesan broth.

new york strip

The Seared New York, with black peppercorn brandy sauce and cipollini onion, comes sliced for the table.

BOLOGNESE

Della’s Bolognese features Etto pappardelle bathed in a smoky roasted pork and beef tomato sauce.
